lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage guests, share high-quality product education, and authentically represent our community and culture.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, guiding purchases, supporting omnichannel options, and maintaining a luxury store environment. Flexible scheduling and a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the Right to Work documentation and comply with local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect guests' time
• Assess guests' needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by explaining product value and benefits
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store)
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to take action and improve guest experience
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment and support store operations
• Perform product presentation tasks and maintain store standards
• Use in-store tech for operations and guest experiences
• Maintain a luxury store environment by performing cleaning and safety tasks
