Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail store. You will educate guests about high-quality products, connect with the community, and embody our culture of inclusivity and service.

Responsibilities include engaging guests on the floor, guiding purchases, and supporting store operations while upholding safety and company standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with eligibility to work and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work proof and related local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Execute seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship-from-store).
• Move on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
