Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. Vienna, WV stores is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate to help deliver an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will assist the Store Manager with sales-support tasks and work a flexible schedule including peak shopping days and holidays. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions at the POS, maintaining knowledge of promotions and policies, supporting merchandising, and ensuring a clean, secure store environment with a positive team

Qualifications

No prior experience or training required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
Friendly, engaging attitude with guests.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store merchandise.
Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS system and bag purchases.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
Monitor security risks and respond appropriately.
Assist merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, pricing, and transfers.
Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
Fulfill the mission statement with high guest service and teamwork.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
