Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Seasonal Store Support Teammate (Part-Time) to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will greet guests, assist with transactions at the POS, and support daily store operations under the Store Manager’s guidance.

This on-site, part-time role offers a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends. No prior experience is required; onboarding is provided and you will learn Buckle policies while contributing to a positive team

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• On-site availability at the store location.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with questions about store merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor security risks and assist in preventing theft.
• Support merchandising tasks and displays as directed by the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable at all times.
• Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and all policies and procedures.
