Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a part-time Store Support Teammate for the College Station area. You will help fulfill Buckle’s mission by delivering friendly guest service and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, and assist with merchandising tasks while maintaining a clean, organized store. This role emphasizes teamwork, security awareness, and a flexible schedule including holidays and peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak shopping days.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and complete guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays and organize fixtures.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
