Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate in Jacksonville, NC to help create a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist guests, manage transactions at the POS, and keep displays tidy and up-to-date with promotions.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, supporting merchandising tasks, and maintaining store standards while following Buckle’s ethics and policies. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Willingness to perform merchandising tasks and operate POS.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with questions about the store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies for payments and exchanges, and security practices.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
