Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor security risks and theft; know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks, displays, pricing, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to reflect Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support special projects.
