Job summary

SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors in the Guest Arrivals area. You will lead and deliver training using approved SOPs and lesson plans, certify participants, and document outcomes while upholding strict safety and guest service standards.

You’ll monitor ambassador performance and provide ongoing coaching daily. As a role model for excellent job performance, you will help ensure comfort and safety in your assigned area, support other team members, and execute

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Be a current ambassador within the Guest Arrivals department.
• Must be in good standing (no written warnings).
• Ability to train new ambassadors in area procedures and safety.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training using SOPs and lesson plans.
• Certify, test, audit, and document ambassador training.
• Ensure ambassadors receive high quality safety and guest service training.
• Observe performance and provide ongoing training as needed.
• Model daily operations and procedures for the team.
