Job summary

Yes! Communities, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Landscaper to keep our community grounds well-maintained and visually appealing.

You will mow lawns, trim edges, rake leaves, sweep walkways, and assist with winter maintenance as needed. This role requires physical stamina, a valid in-state driver's license, and the ability to follow safety guidelines and PPE protocols in accordance with OSHA standards. Qualifications

• Physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to operate common landscaping tools safely.
• Attention to safety protocols and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community assets and grounds.
• Mow lawns and trim edges around walks and flower beds.
• Perform general landscaping tasks and prune grounds as needed.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Follow OSHA standards and PPE requirements.
• Assist with snow removal and winter maintenance when applicable.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, vendors, and residents.
