Job summary

Conner Prairie Museum in Fishers, IN is seeking a seasonal Grounds Crew member to maintain gardens, lawns and exterior areas, operate irrigation systems, and assist with snow removal. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform gardening, landscaping, snow removal and general grounds maintenance.
• Wamiliarity with irrigation systems and outdoor maintenance in a nonprofit park setting.

Responsibilities

• Mmaintain physical condition and appearance of non-historic public areas.
• Prune trees and hedges, mow lawn, weed, edge walkways and maintain exterior areas.
• Mix and apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides per directions.
• Prepare soil for planting and maintain beds and grass around buildings.
