Job summary

UNITED COOPERATIVE in Wisconsin seeks a part-time seasonal Office Assistant to support the grain division during harvest. You will greet customers, handle scale tickets, record test data, and assist with filing, reporting and general office tasks with a safety-first mindset.

The role requires good computer skills, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Typical shifts are 1pm–7pm or 2:30pm–7pm from September through mid-December, with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service customers with professionalism.
• Manage inbound/outbound grain shipments at the scale.
• Record test data (weights, temps, grades, moisture) and document inspections.
• Assist with scanning, filing, reporting and general office tasks.
• Coordinate delivery numbers and verify accuracy of daily inputs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and courteous office environment.
