Qualifications

• 0-6+ months of Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer Service.
• General data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade grain in inbound/outbound trucks using computer and manual tools.
• Provide high level customer service promptly and courteously.
• Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist other personnel.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow policies.
