Qualifications

• 0-6+ months of Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer Service.
• General data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons.
• Pre-employment screening may be required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade grain in inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual tools for measurement.
• Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customers in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
• Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Assist other personnel as needed.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
