Job summary

Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the busy harvest season (September through late November). Work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a great team. Flexible hours including weekends; you must be 18 or older and pass a pre-employment drug test. No experience needed—you'll be trained!

Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience, with a 401k plan and company match after 30 days, plus time off as a temporary employee.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 60 lbs. and do repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Work outside in dusty conditions.
• Willing and able to climb grain bins and legs.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in handling grain is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help load and unload grain trucks efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean.
• Assist with grain bin operations and monitor equipment.
• Interact respectfully with customers and co-workers.
