Job summary

Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the busy harvest season in Minnesota. Join a team that keeps grain moving, stays outdoors, and values safety and reliability.

No experience is required; we train you. You’ll load and unload grain trucks, perform routine maintenance, work outside in fall weather, and earn $19.00–$21.00 per hour with 401k and temporary benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 60 lbs. and do repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Work outside in dusty conditions.
• Willing and able to climb grain bins and legs.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in handling grain is preferred, but not required.

Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the busy harvest season (September through late November). We offer flexible working hours, including weekends. You must be 18 or older and pass a pre-employment drug test. No experience needed -- we'll train you!

The starting pay range for this temporary position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience.
