Job summary

Ag Partners in Minnesota is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the harvest season (September through late November). This temporary role involves working outdoors, loading and unloading grain trucks, performing routine equipment maintenance, and monitoring grain-bin operations.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; you must be 18+, pass a pre-employment drug test, and be able to work weekends. Starting pay is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with 401k and time off benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 60 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Work outside in dusty fall weather.
• Willing and able to climb grain bins and legs.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience handling grain is preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 or older and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the busy harvest season (September through late November). We offer flexible working hours, including weekends. You must be 18 or older and pass a pre-employment drug test. No experience needed -- we'll train you!

The starting pay range for this temporary position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience.
