Job summary

Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the busy harvest season (September through late November). No experience needed—we'll train you, and you must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license.

Pay starts at $19–$21 per hour based on experience, with opportunities to earn 401k company match after 30 days and time off as a temporary employee. Responsibilities include loading/unloading grain trucks, maintenance and keeping areas clean, and assisting with grain bin operations while

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 60 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Willing to climb grain bins and legs in outdoor work.
• Experience handling grain preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain trucks efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean.
• Assist with grain bin operations and monitor equipment.
• Work outside in fall weather.
• Interact respectfully with customers and co-workers.

Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the busy harvest season (September through late November). We offer flexible working hours, including weekends. You must be 18 or older and pass a pre-employment drug test. No experience needed -- we'll train you!

Requirements

• Work outside in fall weather

Required Qualifications

• Have a valid driver’s license

The starting pay range for this temporary position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience.
