Job summary

Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the busy harvest season (September through late November). This outdoor role offers flexible hours including weekends. No experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. You must be 18 or older and pass a pre-employment drug test.

The starting pay for this temporary position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include 401k with company match after 30 days and time off as a temporary employee.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 60 lbs and do repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Work outside in fall weather.
• Willing and able to climb grain bins and legs.
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Experience in handling grain is preferred, but not required
