Job summary

Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the harvest season (September through late November). This outdoor role offers flexible hours, including weekends. No experience needed—we train you!

Must be 18 or older and pass a pre-employment drug test. Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience. Join a member-owned agricultural cooperative serving communities across Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 60 lbs and do repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Work outside in dusty fall weather.
• Willing and able to climb grain bins and legs.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in handling grain is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help load and unload grain trucks efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean.
• Assist with grain bin operations and monitor equipment.
• Work outside in fall weather.
• Interact respectfully with customers and co-workers.

The starting pay range for this temporary position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience.
