Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking team members to support grain handling operations at various locations. You will transfer, load, and move grain to the correct locations while adhering to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities include operating rail and weighing trucks, documenting activities accurately, and maintaining grain quality during storage and transfer. Some positions require heavy equipment operation and flexibility with shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior work experience is required; 1 year in an industrial setting is preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions and complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Transfer, load and move grain to the appropriate location.
• Participate in the company Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Wear PPE and comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Operate rail cars, weigh trucks and grade grain where applicable.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform general cleanup and light maintenance as needed.
• Work extended hours and possible travel (5–20%).
