Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication with all levels.
• Ability to complete documentation requirements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate location.
• Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer.
• Weighing and grading of grain where applicable.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• General cleanup and housekeeping responsibilities.
• Operate and monitor equipment including dryers where applicable.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs where applicable.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
