Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking dependable individuals to support grain elevator operations during the harvest season. This on-site role involves loading/unloading rail cars and trucks, performing a variety of duties to meet daily operational needs, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Experience is not required, but a strong work ethic and ability to follow directions are essential. PPE usage and ability to work extended hours or weekends may be required at certain facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; preferred 1 year in industrial environment.
• Ability to perform documentation accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety program and attend pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain; perform rail car and truck duties as needed.
• Complete paperwork accurately; maintain cleanliness and operate basic equipment.
• Maintain grain quality during storage or transfer; assist with maintenance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
