Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred - 1 year experience in an industrial environment with a dependable work record.
• Ability to perform duties safely and follow PPE and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate locations.
• Maintain grain quality during storage or transfer.
• Weigh trucks and grade grain where applicable.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Operate and monitor dryer where applicable.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and repairs where applicable.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
