Job summary

Rochester Sand and Gravel in Rochester, Minnesota, is seeking a Construction Equipment Operator - Grading to operate front-end loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, rollers and related equipment on road construction projects.

Under the foreperson's guidance, you will be trained to become a productive member of the crew with advancement opportunities. This is a full-time seasonal role, April/May through November, with overtime and some Saturdays; local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) operating road or excavating construction equipment is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain CDL if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, rollers and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Understand grades from plans, slopes, and identify potential conflicts.
• Work overtime and some Saturdays; local/region travel may be required.
