Job summary

Salamander Charleston Employer Llc is seeking Seasonal Technical staff in Charleston, SC to greet guests at La Patisserie’s life-size gingerbread house and support barista service. You will communicate orders, maintain clean areas, and follow health/safety policies during 11am–8pm shifts.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, strong communication, basic math, and familiarity with menu items. Training includes ServSafe Alcohol and SC licensing requirements within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Good reading and writing skills to communicate with guests.
• Basic math and ability to handling cash or POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact for guests and provide warm, attentive service.
• Relay orders to barista team and maintain orderly front and back of house areas.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and uphold service standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts.
