Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is desirable.
• Proficiency with OpenTable reservation tool and Outlook email is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival to ensure a positive first impression.
• Thank guests upon departure and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Seat guests and manage rotation using OpenTable, ensuring proper guest lists.
• Handle reservations and special requests via phone and OpenTable.
• Coordinate with culinary, servers, hosts, and management to support smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area.
• Adhere to appearance, grooming, and hygiene standards as required.
