Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store shopping environment and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Collaborate with team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring items are well-presented.
• Help the store meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures.
