Job summary

GameStop Corp. seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis, delivering outstanding guest service within our Circle of Life selling model. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service during peak seasonal days.

Greet guests, recommend items, assist with inventory, restock and merchandize, and ensure a clean, organized store. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and stay customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and help with video game needs, recommending additional items.
• Maintain store environment and merchandise presentation per guidelines.
• Stock shelves, transfer products from stock room to selling floor.
• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
