GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak days, delivering outstanding guest service and promoting the Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation model.

You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service, assisting with stocking and merchandising, and helping the team meet seasonal goals while ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.
• Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring items are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Assist the team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety norms.
• Follow all GameStop policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and grooming requirements.
