Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, recommending items and guiding purchases.
• Support store upkeep, merchandising, and overall shopping environment during peak seasons.
• Stock shelves and move products from stock room to selling floor; keep presentations organized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals and address guest questions promptly.
• Escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed and adhere to safety practices.
