Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs; upsell items during transactions.
• Support store appearance and execute sales initiatives throughout the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and presenting products.
• Meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals with the team.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; stay aware of scams.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
