Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs.
• Fully support the store environment and contribute to all holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and transferring products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices following safety best practices.
