Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis, delivering outstanding guest service and helping drive holiday sales within the Circle of Life model.

You will assist with store maintenance, merchandising, stock transfers, and customer inquiries, while upholding company policies and safety practices. Availability for peak season, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs.
• Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transfer products to front of the store.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and safety practices; adhere to store policies.
