Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store environment, visuals, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented and organized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety awareness.
• Adhere to store policies and confidentiality requirements.
