Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.
• Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and keep shelves alphabetized and well-presented.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Follow all GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
