You will help with stocking, merchandising, and customer inquiries, with a focus on selling, store appearance, and safety. This is a short-term, in-store position that emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain a strong shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise, and transfer products from stock to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; stay aware of scams.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
