GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday periods with a focus on guest service, merchandising, and sales.

You will help customers find products, promote options, and uphold the Circle of Life selling approach while maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, restocking, assisting with inventory, answering questions, and escalating issues to a supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests.
• Support shopping environment, visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise, transfer products from stock room to selling floor, ensure presentation and alphabetization.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly; escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention; stay aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
