Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Recommend additional items and ensure customer satisfaction during every transaction.
• Support store visuals, cleanliness, and merchandising per guidelines during peak season.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and keep shelves organized and well-presented.
• Help the store team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Participate in inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
