Job summary

GameStop seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales periods with a strong focus on customer service and sales. You will greet guests, assist with video game needs, and help maintain a clean, organized selling floor while contributing to all holiday initiatives.

This short-term role requires reliability, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the Holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and transfer products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures consistently.
