Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during peak season. You will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with video game needs, stocking shelves, and supporting store operations to maximize sales.

You should be reliable, flexible for nights, weekends and holidays, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist customers with video game needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment.
• Stock and merchandise shelves and ensure products are well-presented.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Handle guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance and confidentiality.
