You will participate in stocking and merchandising, support store initiatives, and ensure adherence to company policies while working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Availability for flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Desire to provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Uphold inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies including attendance and confidentiality.
