• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure attractive presentation on selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and courteously, escalating to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; stay aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to company policies on attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
