GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team on a short-term basis during peak holiday periods.

You will focus on sales, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized selling floor to enhance the guest experience. The role requires availability to work peak days, with opportunities to contribute to all store sales initiatives and to help achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with gaming needs.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising during holiday season peak days.
• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and maintaining organized selling floors.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support loss prevention and safety practices and follow company policies.
