Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their gaming needs.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and cleanliness to meet company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure shelves are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Follow safety, attendance, confidentiality, and ethics policies.
