Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, applying selling behaviors, and thanking guests.
• Fully support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Assist the store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and courteously, and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety best practices.
• Consistently adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
