GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak seasonal periods. The role centers on sales, customer service, and store maintenance within a dynamic gaming retail environment.

The ideal candidate prioritizes guest satisfaction, is available for peak seasonal days, and can work flexible hours. Prior experience in retail or guest service is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, up-sell and thank guests for shopping with GameStop.
• Support store environment and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and replenishment and ensure products are presented well on floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; stay aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
