Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs while promoting add-on items.
• Support store appearance and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock shelves and transfer products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Follow all GameStop policies on attendance, confidentiality and ethics.
