Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for visiting.
• Support the shopping environment, assist with store initiatives, and ensure cleanliness and merchandising per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, transfer products from stock to floor, and present items in an organized, alphabetized manner.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals while delivering friendly service.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of safety procedures.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
