Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team in Tennessee during peak holiday periods. You will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, assisting customers with video game needs, and driving sales while maintaining store presentation.

The role supports inventory, merchandising, and safety practices across the store. Availability for peak-season days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, and recommending items during transactions.
• Support store operations, including visual presentation and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and presenting products on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention, and stay aware of safety practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
