Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak days, focusing on sales, store maintenance, and customer service. You will greet guests, assist with their video gaming needs, and contribute to all store sales initiatives throughout the holiday season.

The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a friendly, outgoing personality and strong guest service skills. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommend items, and process transactions with courtesy.
• Support store environment and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to attendance, appearance, and conduct policies.
